No matter what technique is used, breathing is a journey into the unknown.
The word 'Nirvana', which has passed from one language to all languages, means to breathe out.
The word 'Inspiration', which we use more often, means to breathe in.
Transformation, change, and healing all occur within the breath.
The time people set aside for themselves is, by definition, personal; it can vary, but everyone does what they can. Recognizing this is valuable. There is a place for breathwork in every value.
Individual Sessions:
This is the most accessible breathing practice, lasting 2 hours and consisting of sharing and one breathing session.
Group Sessions:
This is a breathing practice lasting 3 hours, consisting of sharing and one breathing session, with multiple participants.
Full Day:
A breathing practice lasting from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including sharing and two breathing sessions.
Residential Seminars:
These are preferred by those who want to deepen their breathing and give themselves a wonderful gift. They last at least two days and nights (programs of up to two weeks are available) and are an intensive program that uses breathing sessions, sharing, games, and encounter techniques to keep the group breathing together.
